How do I track my order?
Once your order is on its way you will receive a dispatch email with a link to track your order. The link will detail the tracking number of your item enabling you to get updates concerning your parcel.

How do I return an item?
Cover your address with the Unicoo - LTD returns label found on your delivery note. Return the package by using the post office counters and obtain proof of postage from the post office. You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure you keep proof of purchase ( i.e receipts) as well as information concerning your tracking number and delivery details. Please allow 10 working days for your parcel to reach Unicoo - LTD. We will ensure to email you as soon as we have processed your return to us. Please allow 5-7 working days for your refund to reach your account.

Yes, Unicoo - LTD is a registered company. Our company number is 11980839. We are registered under Companies House.
NON - Refundable Items.
Due to hygiene reasons Unicoo - LTD bodysuits are non - refundable. Please ensure you take note of this before purchasing a bodysuit from our company.

Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, Unicoo- LTD will deliver outside of the UK. Please allow 5 - 14 working days to reach your destination.
How is the contract formed between Unicoo - LTD and our customers?
Our pages with listed items will clearly guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your purchase with us. Please note that once you click confirm and pay you will be unable to make any further changes.
After you place an order by clicking confirm an pay you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. We will send a further email when your item has been dispatched.
Delivery Charges will be applied in addition to the prices of the items you are purchasing. The delivery charge amount will depend on your chosen delivery option.

You must provide accurate and complete delivery address information. We cannot be liable for delivery of your order to the wrong address if wrong personal data is given as a result of you supplying us with inaccurate information.
we are unable to deliver on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years Day. During this period delivery will take slightly longer than normal.
